The effect of the 2-week self-care using microcones on subjective symptoms. Pain, discomfort, and difficulty in moving intensities were evaluated using a visual analog scale. 0 = no subjective symptom (pain, discomfort and difficulty moving) and 10 = the most severe symptom imaginable. Data obtained before (Pre) and after (Post) the self-care periods were compared using the paired t test. Asterisks indicate a significant difference (***p < 0.001). Individual closed circles and lines indicate data obtained from each participant. The bar chart and vertical bar indicate the mean and standard deviation. N = 12
