The recovery of [3H]-ES uptake into rat renal cortical slices after recovery from exhaustive exercise. Immediately (0 h), 6 and 24 h after exhaustive exercise, rat renal cortical slices were obtained and [3H]-ES uptake was determined as described previously. The uptake was calculated as the tissue-to-medium ratio and expressed as a percentage of non-exercise (NE) group.
