Effect of different types of exercise on [3H]-ES uptake into rat renal cortical slices. Rat renal cortical slices from non-exercise (NE), exhaustive exercise (EE) (immediately after exercise), acute exercise (AE) and training exercise (TE) groups were incubated in uptake medium containing 30 nM [3H]-ES for 30 min. The uptake was calculated as the tissue-to-medium ratio and was expressed as a percentage of the uptake in the non-exercise group.
