Effect of VX-809 on maturation of Δ(G970-T1122)-CFTR protein. Immunoblots for WT-, ΔF508-, and Δ(G970-T1122)-CFTR proteins expressed in CHO cells in the presence of 0, 3, or 10 µM VX-809 at a 37 °C for 24 h or b 27 °C for 48 h. Cell lysate samples were analyzed by immunoblotting with the anti-CFTR rabbit polyclonal antibody described in the Materials and methods section. β-actin was used as an internal loading control.
