Oleuropein at the dosages of 10, 15, and 20 mg/kg significantly increased time spent in the target zone but there were no significant effects on swimming speed. Data are the mean ± SEM (n = 7). *p < 0.05 and **p < 0.01 indicate significant difference versus colchicine group, ## p < 0.01 indicates significant difference versus control group, NS, there were no significant differences for swim speed between groups (p > 0.05)
