All spots for samples from 3-month-old mice were identified by MALDI-TOF/MS PMF analysis (total number of spots, 3113; number of single spots, 2557; number of mixed spots, 556). Spots identified as hnRNP C1/C2, H1, and H2 are listed. A total of 10, 7, and 5 spots were identified as hnRNP C1/C2, hnRNP H1, and hnRNP H2, respectively, among all 2DE spots analyzed.
