Effect of previous lateral ventricle (LV) microinjection of 0.15 M NaCl (Control), 2.8 nmol carbachol, or 2.8 nmol carbachol plus 4 nmol atropine on creatinine clearance (CCr, a), fractional sodium excretion (FENa, b), proximal (FEPNa, c) and post-proximal (FEPPNa, d) fractional sodium excretion, and fractional potassium excretion (FEK, e), 60 min (Post-CCh, n = 12) and 120 min (Re-Control) after LV drug administration to Wistar Kyoto rats (WR) compared with the response of spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR).
