Signaling pathways of OGR1 and ASIC1a regulate passive Mg2+ transport. Passive Mg2+ transport by using control or omeprazole-exposed Caco-2 monolayers that were pre-incubated with 30 nM PcTx1, 10 μM Cu2+, or 10 μM Zn2+, 10 μM U-73122, 1 μM Gö 6850, 200 nM Wort., or 50 μM BAPTA-AM in apical bathing solution pH at 7.0 (a) or 5.5 (b). DMSO 0.3 % (vol/vol) was used as vehicle for preparation of inhibitors. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001 compared with the corresponding control group. (n = 6)
