Non-lipoprotein phospholipids secreted by hepatocytes infected with adenoviral vectors. 24 h after infection culture media were collected, lipoproteins were separated by ultracentrifugation and lipids from the isolated non-lipoprotein fraction were extracted and separated by thin layer chromatography; phospholipids were quantified by optical densitometry.
