Effect of adenoviral vectors on SND1 expression. Cells infected with sense (AdSS) or antisense (AdAS) adenoviral vectors or uninfected control cells were collected and lysed in a standard lysis buffer and denatured. 8 % SDS-PAGE was performed with 10 μg of total protein. Western blotting was performed as described elsewhere for SND1 [2].
