Expression of TLL1 mRNA was significantly up-regulated in suspended TA but not SOL relative to unsuspended control values and BMP-1/mTLD was not affected in either muscle. All results are reported as mean ± SEM of mRNA levels normalized to those of β-actin and relative to the unsuspended control. Asterisk significantly different from unsuspended control, p < 0.05.
