Effect of tolfenamic acid on WT/GFX-treated PC12 cells. PC12 cells were treated with tolfenamic acid (5 and 10 μM) for 24 h, then with WT/GFX for 3 h. Tolfenamic acid treatment significantly prevent WT/GFX-induced cell death (a). Tolfenamic acid treatment significantly decreased the expression of p-tau Ser396 (b), Thr231 (c), p-GSK-3β Tyr216 (d) and increased the expression of p-GSK-3β Ser9 (e) and p-Akt Thr308 (f).
