Inhibition of GLP-1-induced MARCKS phosphorylation by PKA inhibitors. a, b MARCKS and p-MARCKS in lysates (20 μg protein) were detected by Western blotting analysis using anti-MARCKS and anti-p-MARCKS antibodies, respectively. After pretreatment with H89 (10 μM) for 10 min (a) and cAMPS-Rp (15 μM) for 15 min (b), acini were stimulated with GLP-1 (25 nM) for 15 min. c, d The Western blotting data for p-MARCKS were normalized against the absence of GLP-1 and inhibitor.
