CREB-dependent and independent upregulation of Kv7.1 by DHT and isoproterenol (ISO). Expression of Kv7.1 mRNA in cardiomyocytes was assessed after silencing CREB; CREB siRNA and scrambled siRNA (Nega siRNA) were used.
